How to Use

  1. 1Add one or more PDF files.
  2. 2Pick where the numbers go, the format and the starting number.
  3. 3Check the preview, then download the numbered PDF.

Features

  • Six positions: top or bottom, left, centre or right
  • Formats: 1, Page 1, 1 of 10, Page 1 of 10
  • Start from any number and skip the first page
  • Live preview of the real result
  • Up to 20 PDFs at once, no upload

Add page numbers to a PDF at the top or bottom, left, centre or right, as 1, Page 1, 1 of 10 or Page 1 of 10. Start from any number and skip the cover page. A live preview shows exactly how it will look, works on many PDFs at once, and nothing is uploaded.

Numbering several PDFs

Add as many as 20 PDFs and each is numbered with the same settings, then download them one by one or together as a ZIP. To number a set of documents as one continuous sequence, merge them first, or set Start at for each file.

The preview shows the real result for the first file, so you can check the position and size before downloading.
