Features

  • Front and back on a single, aligned page
  • Rotate each side independently before combining
  • Export as PDF, JPG or PNG
  • A4 printable or compact page size
  • Automatically matches both sides to the same width
  • No upload, 100% in-browser

Upload separate front and back photos or scans of an ID card, such as a Nepali citizenship card, driving licence or similar document, and PDUtilities lines them up into a single, cleanly aligned PDF, JPG or PNG, entirely in your browser.

Why front and back on one page?

Banks, employers, universities, telecom providers and government portals regularly ask for “a copy of your ID, both sides”, usually as one file. Uploading two separate photos often isn't possible, and pasting them into a word processor is fiddly. The ID Card Combiner lines up the front above the back, matches them to the same width and exports a single PDF, JPG or PNG.

Taking good photos of the card

  • Place the card on a plain, dark, non-reflective surface so the edges stand out.
  • Shoot from directly above, not at an angle, so the card stays rectangular.
  • Use daylight rather than the flash, which causes glare on laminated cards.
  • Fill most of the frame with the card, and crop off the table with the Image Cropper if needed.
  • Make sure every number and the photo are sharp. Tap to focus before you take the picture.

Choosing output and page size

ChooseWhen
PDF + A4 pagePrinting, or portals that ask for an A4 document
PDF + CompactEmailing, or portals that just ask for a PDF
JPGForms that want a single image; smallest file size
PNGSingle image with slightly crisper text edges; larger file

Use the rotate buttons if a side came out sideways or upside down. The download matches the preview exactly. This works with any two-sided card: national ID and citizenship cards, driving licences, residence permits, student or staff cards, and health insurance cards.

If the portal has a size limit, choose JPG first. If the PDF is still too large, run it through Compress PDF. ID scans compress very well.

Your ID never leaves your device

Identity documents are among the most sensitive files you own, and uploading them to an unknown converter is a real risk. This tool builds the combined file entirely inside your browser; the images are never sent to a server, and nothing is stored once you close the tab.
