  • Drag-and-zoom framing, no stretching
  • No upload, 100% in-browser

Resize a photo or signature to the exact width, height and file size an online application asks for, such as Lok Sewa, university, bank and job forms. Frame it by dragging, clean up a photographed signature so the paper turns white, and download a JPG under the KB limit. Nothing is uploaded.

Getting your photo and signature accepted

Online application forms, such as Lok Sewa, university, bank and job forms, usually ask for a photo and a signature at an exact size in pixels and under a file size in KB. If either is wrong, the upload is rejected. This tool produces a JPG with exactly the width and height you enter, under the maximum KB, so it passes the check first time.

Where to find the right numbers

Look for the photo and signature requirements in the vacancy notice, the application guide, or next to the upload button on the form. They're usually written like "Photo: 300 × 350 px, 10–200 KB". Type those numbers into the boxes above. The presets are only common starting points, so always use the numbers your form gives.

Making a clean signature

  1. Sign with a black or dark blue pen on plain white paper, a bit larger than normal.
  2. Take a photo straight from above in good light, with no shadow from your phone.
  3. Choose the Signature preset (or enter the form's size) and tick Clean up background.
  4. Drag and zoom so the signature fills the frame without being cut off.

The cleanup turns light grey paper into pure white and darkens the ink. If thin strokes disappear, untick it and take a photo in brighter light instead.

If the file is too big or too small

  • Too big: the quality is lowered automatically to fit the maximum KB. If it still doesn't fit, the form's pixel size is very large for its KB limit; try a smaller width and height if the form allows it.
  • Too small: some forms also set a minimum KB. If a small signature comes out under it even at full quality, a larger width and height will make the file bigger.
