Remove pages without retyping anything
Blank pages from a duplex scanner, an outdated appendix, a cover sheet a portal does not want: the Page Remover deletes the pages you list and gives you a new PDF with everything else in its original order. Your original file is not changed.
How to list pages
Type page numbers and ranges separated by commas. For example, 2, 5, 7-9 removes pages 2, 5, 7, 8 and 9. Numbers refer to the page's position in the file, starting at 1. The tool will not let you remove every page, since a PDF needs at least one.
Working through a pile of files? Add up to 20 PDFs, type the pages once in the box at the top, such as 1 to drop a cover sheet, and click Apply to all. You can still adjust any file's own box before running, then download the results one by one or as a ZIP.
Common reasons to remove pages
- Blank pages from scanning. Double-sided scanning of single-sided paper leaves a blank page after every real one. For example, remove
2, 4, 6, 8. - Getting under a size limit. A single photo-heavy page can account for most of a file's size. Removing it can be enough to meet an upload limit without degrading the rest.
- Sharing less. Drop pages with personal details that the recipient does not need before sending a document on.
- Cleaning up exports. Delete the trailing empty page that some word processors add.
If you need to keep only a few pages out of many, the PDF Page Extractor is quicker. List what to keep instead of what to drop.
Quality and privacy
The remaining pages are copied untouched, so text, images and page sizes are exactly as before. The whole job runs in your browser and the document is never uploaded.
