Convert the tables in a PDF, such as bank statements, invoices, price lists and reports, into an Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet. Text is split into rows and columns by its position on the page, and amounts like $1,234.50 or (500) become real numbers you can add up. Choose one sheet per page or everything in one sheet. Nothing is uploaded.
How tables are read
Each line of text becomes a row. Text in a line is split into cells where there's a wide gap, and cells that line up down the page become a column, even when numbers are right-aligned. Titles that run across the page don't confuse the columns.
| In the PDF | In Excel |
|---|---|
| 1,234.50 | 1234.5 (a number) |
| $99.00 | 99 (a number) |
| (500.00) | -500 (a number) |
| 12.5% | 0.125 (a number) |
| INV-2026-004 | INV-2026-004 (text) |
One sheet or many
Choose One sheet per page to keep pages apart, or All pages in one sheet for a long statement you want to sort or total in one go.
Scanned statements are pictures with no text, so they can't be read this way. Ask your bank for a PDF or CSV export instead.
