How to Use
- 1Add one or more PDF files.
- 2Click Convert to Word.
- 3Open the downloaded .docx in Word, Google Docs or LibreOffice and edit.
Features
- Rebuilds flowing, editable paragraphs
- Keeps headings, bold, italic, font sizes and centring
- Keeps images, and starts each PDF page on a new page
- Scanned pages as pictures, or as editable text (English)
- Up to 10 PDFs at once, no upload
Turn a PDF into a Word (.docx) document you can edit. Lines are rebuilt into proper paragraphs, headings, bold and italic text, font sizes, centring and images are kept, and each PDF page starts a new page. It all runs in your browser, so your document is never uploaded.
What you get
- Real paragraphs: lines are joined back into paragraphs you can edit and reflow, and words split across lines with a hyphen are rejoined.
- Formatting: headings, bold, italic, font names and sizes, and centred text are kept.
- Images are placed where they appear, and each PDF page starts a new page in Word.
- Scanned pages come through as pictures, so nothing goes missing.
Best results
PDFs exported from Word, Google Docs or other software convert best: letters, CVs, reports and articles. Tables come through as text lines, so for spreadsheets use PDF to Excel. Just need to change a few words? Edit PDF edits the PDF directly.
